COVID19 Fortnightly Coaching Promo

We are now offering a Fortnightly coaching package which will be available for the next 3 months, aiming to help everyone get through the disruptions and times of COVID19 and give a kickstart to their training again. There is no start-up fee or minimum contract length or tie in!

This package is exclusively available for all new Optimum Coaching clients!

This will give you the specific and progressive training that coaching would, at an affordable price! The price makes it more specific than a generic training plan or endless Zwift riding but slightly cheaper than our standard coaching packages.

Make sure you are not doing empty miles or generic sessions!

Get back the motivation and structure you need to keep you going! Make sure that you are ready for the time that our events and races are able to take place!

You will receive your daily, specific and tailored training plans fortnightly and then we will provide you with feedback and analysis on a fortnightly basis to make sure you keep your motivation up and ensure the training is on track.

The benefits of this package are:

✔ Fully qualified coach with experience specific to your discipline from beginner to world tour!

✔ Evaluation of targets/aims via phone/skype.

✔ Power profiling/fitness testing to establish training zones.

✔ Sessions monitored using power, heart rate and/or perceived rate of exertion based on availability/access.

✔ Training reviewed, and feedback given on a fortnightly basis via training peaks/other methods used.

✔ Daily email with day’s training session.

✔ Training reviewed and monitored through analytic software (WK05).

✔ Access to coaching support through email = weekly.

✔ This package would include a free training peak basic account.

The price of this package is at £40 per month, there is no minimum contract time and is pay as you go.
