Free Workout #2

Workout 2 is here! This week we are giving you a way to track fitness improvements, establish training zones and give yourself a killer workout!


Working out your estimation for 'FTP' requires you to take the average of the whole 35 minute block. This average then gives you a very accurate measurement of FTP and your training zones.


We are releasing these weekly training sessions to give you a chance to test yourself and check out some of our sessions!
