Our 100 point recovery system!

You can work and work as hard as you like in training and racing, but without allowing your body to rest and recover you aren’t allowing the body to adapt and become stronger. It is often overlooked but recovery should be one of the most important building blocks within a training programme.

When you finish your training session or race what do you do?

Here is our ‘100-point recovery system’ which you should aim to complete after every hard work out or race. You need to choose any of the following strategies to reach 100 points within 24hrs of your race. Something in the 30 points section is compulsory! How many points can you reach?? The higher the better!
